Heatsink bonding

Properties of the adhesives:

  • Adhesives with heat-conducting fillers
  • High mechanical strength
  • Good thermal stability and low thermal expansion
  • Single- and two-component products
  • Cures at room temperature with heat, UVA radiation or activator
